You will receive a customized workout plan, 3Day Detox with meal guidance constant motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement in a Fun, Clean, and Safe environment.
Weekend Fit (FUN INTENSE TRAINING) Camp 6 weeks-12 sessions
$99 For Drop ins $15 a session
Saturday and Sunday Mornings 7:30am-8:30am
Fit camp is Fun Intense Group Training Women Only, for all Fitness Levels.
Fit Camp is training that will challenge you, experiences include indoor/outdoor Fitness Programs that incorporate Cardiovascular Exercises, Traditional Strength Training, Functional Strength Training, Flexibility/Stretching, Destination workouts, Nutritional Tips and more.

Online Personal Training is can be done from anywhere in the world $250 for 4 weeks.
Online Personal Training will be CHALLENGING and FUN!
