You will receive a customized workout plan, 3Day Detox with meal guidance constant motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement in a Fun, Clean, and Safe environment.

Weekend Fit (FUN INTENSE TRAINING) Camp 6 weeks-12 sessions

$99 For Drop ins $15 a session
Saturday and Sunday Mornings 7:30am-8:30am

Fit camp is Fun Intense Group Training Women Only, for all Fitness Levels.

 Fit Camp is training that will challenge you, experiences include indoor/outdoor Fitness Programs that incorporate Cardiovascular Exercises, Traditional Strength Training, Functional Strength Training, Flexibility/Stretching, Destination workouts, Nutritional Tips and more.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PLUS CUSTOM MEAL PLAN
INCLUDES FREE WEEKEND FITCAMP VIA ZOOM

Online Personal Training is can be done from anywhere in the world $250 for 4 weeks.

Online Personal Training will be CHALLENGING and FUN!

You will receive a customized workout plan, free weekend FitCamp Via Zoom, meal plan, a video demo of the exercises used in your program designed according to your goals, with the equipment that you have available at home, constant motivation, inspiration, accountability and positive reinforcement.
